Meet the Founder

Let me help you create safe, affirming, and inclusive spaces

  • Founder and Principal Consultant

Ramon grew up in the South Bronx with a single mother and his siblings. As a kid Ramon was very curious who enjoyed learning and helping others. Throughout his life, Ramon had many jobs and careers before he stumbled upon the Social Work profession. With passion, dedication, and good mentors, he was able to find his place in the world. Being a Social Worker

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Ramon leads Prism Pathways Consulting, an advisory focused on LGBTQ+-affirming strategy, training, and policy implementation. He has served in behavioral support leadership, provided bilingual psychotherapy, and built program capacity in community settings serving LGBTQ+ youth and adults. Based in New York City and working nationally, Ramon partners with health and human services, nonprofits, and schools to turn inclusive values into daily practice.

His approach is evidence-based and practical: align policy with practice, equip staff with language and tools, and measure what matters. Clients tap Ramon for workshops, policy reviews and implementation playbooks, and evaluation frameworks that stick after the training ends. Ramon hope that he can help build a bridge with community based organizations, Non-profit organizations, Schools, and business.

Ramon holds an MSW (Policy Practice) from Columbia University, a BA in Social Work (CASAC-T) from Lehman College, and an AAS in Human Services from Bronx Community College. Ramon is currently a PhD student at the CUNY Graduate Center pursuing a PhD in Social Welfare. He hopes to conduct qualitative research on the LGBTQ+ community, but specifically on transwomen of color
